Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Spectrum Labs Limited Company ("we," "our," or "us") concerning your access to and use of the YUNO mobile application (the "App") — a prediction game where you guess what the majority of players will choose in visual duels.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 15 or 16 years old to use the App, depending on your country or region (in line with the App Store age rating: 15+ in Australia, Brazil, South Korea; 16+ in many other regions). By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

Description of Service

YUNO includes: Solo mode (duels and streaks), PVP and Arena matches, global leaderboards, profile and stats, energy system, and in-app purchases (e.g. gems, premium subscription). We may add or change features over time.

Subscription and Payments

Free tier

The App offers free gameplay including Solo duels, PVP and Arena matches, leaderboards, and basic features.

Paid options

Optional in-app purchases (e.g. gem packs) and subscriptions (e.g. premium) may be available with enhanced benefits.

Payment terms:

• Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and managed by RevenueCat
• All purchases are billed in accordance with the pricing presented at the time of purchase; prices are subject to change with notice

Auto-renewal (subscriptions):

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings

Cancellation:

• You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods; refunds are subject to App Store and our payment provider policies

User Content and Acceptable Use

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. profile, username). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the App's services. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Cheat, use bots, or manipulate rankings or game results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or spread spam or malware
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the App beyond normal use

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Spectrum Labs Limited Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "YUNO" and associated logos are trademarks of Spectrum Labs Limited Company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Content and Images

The photos and images displayed in the App (including in duels and game content) are sourced from the internet and from third-party sources. We do not create, own, or claim any rights over these images. They may come from:

• Works that are free to use or in the public domain
• Sources such as Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, or similar repositories
• Other publicly available or licensed content

The App acts as a platform that displays this content to you for gameplay purposes, in a manner analogous to a browser or content aggregator. We do not host the original works on our own servers in a way that would make us the publisher of that content; we link to or display content from external sources.

If you are a rights holder and believe that any image or content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at copyright@yunogame.app (alias for content and image-related requests). We will review and process legitimate requests (e.g. removal or attribution) in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (e.g. deleted within a reasonable period).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting updated Terms in the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Apple App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• These Terms are between you and Spectrum Labs Limited Company, not Apple
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or third parties
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
• Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce them against you
